About ten years ago the Linguistic Atlas of Sicily (ALS) adopted the dictionary-atlas tool. When the rich onomastic universe began to be investigated its use was also evaluated on three different oral corpora: one relating to the popular forms of the toponymic heritage (DAToS Dictionary-toponymic atlas of Sicily) one concerning the plural inventory of ethnic nicknames (DASES Dictionary-atlas of ethnic nicknames in Sicily) the latest afferent to the popular individual and family anthroponomastic heritage (DASS Dictionary-atlas of the nicknames of / in Sicily). About the regulations of the societas quaestus - referable to the societas universorum quae ex quaestu veniunt and to the societas unius alicuius negotiationis and unius rei - the interpretative efforts of the Roman jurists were given profusely since the end of the republican age. The scientific monograph puts itself on the traces of identifying the notion of quaestus (gain) with particular reference to the inclusion within it of the so-called remuneration gifts. Furthermore it reconstructs the jurisprudential debate that aroses around the question of whether the socii - in the determination of the shares - had to respect a proportion with the contributions and in this sense with an attempt to explain the existing contrast between a passage from the Digest and one of the Iustiniani Institutiones. Moreover always with specific reference to the societas quaestus the monograph investigates the setting-up of the intempestiva renuntiatio supporting its origin out of the contrast between Proculiani and Sabiniani so far postulated in doctrine. Gabriella De Marco propone un saggio sulla centralità dell'istituzione biblioteca nella società contemporanea. Il contributo, che prosegue alcuni precedenti progetti di ricerca avviati dall'autrice sin dai primi anni duemila, è centrato sullo spazio abitabile e sul potenziale identitario di un edificio. Punto di partenza del suo ragionamento è il presupposto che lo spazio misurabile è anche spazio mentale. Ciò attiva una serie di considerazioni legate al rapporto tra il tempo della storia e il tempo del fruitore. Un edificio, pertanto, e nello specifico una biblioteca sia pubblica o privata sia nazionale o di quartiere, si percepisce ed esiste anche nel tempo soggettivo di chi la fruisce.

Gabriella De Marco proposes an essay on the centrality of the library institution in contemporary society. The contribution which takes up some of the author's previous research projects since the early 2000s focuses on living space and the identity potential of a building. The starting point of his reasoning is the assumption that measurable space is also mental space. From this arises a series of considerations related to the relationship between the time of history and the time of the user. Settore ICAR/21 - UrbanisticaIn a framework in which the crisis is globalized but unequal and in the absence of a welfare system capable of responding to the urgencies of the most marginalized contexts and social groups a response to the new social and individual needs has been offered by networks of solidarity and from bottom-up mobilization practices that play a role of territorial agency often independently or in the absence of institutions. In the Palermo context a commitment made by a plurality of cultural subjects already active in the area gathered in a public assembly (Palermo si cura) during the period of the first lockdown gave rise to mutual aid actions to respond to the economic emergency and social and offer a proposal to cure the fragility of the city based not on charity but on the claim of a political dimension of collective action. Starting from the analysis of initiatives such as "Un sorriso per Ballarò" and "Abbiamo un (bi)sogno" the contribution analyzes the role the incidence and the fragility of these experiences in providing answers - often filling gaps - to a general interest and how these processes of value creation can hopefully contribute to the construction of local government policies capable of addressing emerging issues.

Licenziamento e rideterminazione della sanzione disciplinare nel lavoro pubblico privatizzato

Il contributo, dopo un’analisi della disciplina sanzionatoria del licenziamento invalido nel pubblico impiego, prende in esame il nuovo art. 63, c. 2 bis, del D.lgs. n. 165/2001. La norma, che attribuisce al giudice il potere di rideterminare la sanzione in caso di difetto di proporzionalità, è oggi una peculiarità della disciplina del lavoro pubblico privatizzato. L’Autore ritiene che questa si ponga in controtendenza con le recenti riforme del lavoro in Italia, in quanto recupera importanti spazi alla discrezionalità giudiziale.

The rule which gives the judge the power to re-determine the sanction in case of lack of proportionality is today a peculiarity of the discipline of the public sector. The Author believes that this goes against the trend of recent labor reforms in Italy recovering important spaces for judicial discretion.

Muovendo dall’ordinanza n. 38 del 2022 del Consiglio di giustizia amministrativa per la Regione siciliana (CGARS), il contributo si sofferma a) sull’estensione per analogia degli obblighi vaccinali; b) su oscurità ed incoerenze della disciplina sugli obblighi vaccinali in tema di accesso alle strutture socio-sanitarie. Il contributo si incentra poi sull'istruttoria tecnico-scientifica e la motivazione sulla non manifesta infondatezza delle questioni di legittimità costituzionale aventi ad oggetto la disciplina sull'obbligo vaccinale e sugli aspetti problematici dell'ordinanza di rimessione del CGARS.

La mobilità volontaria nel Pubblico Impiego: margini di discrezionalità dell'Amministrazione di destinazione

Il contributo, a partire da una recente pronuncia del Tribunale di Catanzaro, affronta la questione dei margini di discrezionalità della pubblica amministrazione reclutante nei procedimenti di mobilità individuale volontaria ex art. 30 d.lgs. n. 165/2001, con specifico riferimento alla fase di valutazione delle competenze professionali dei candidati. Ciò offre l’occasione per soffermarsi sulla natura dell’istituto, anche alla luce dei più recenti approdi legislativi in materia.

Starting from a recent decision of the Tribunal of Catanzaro the contribution examines the question of the discretionary margins of the recruiting public administration in individual voluntary mobility procedures pursuant to article 30 paragraph 1 legislative decree no. 165/2001. Specifically it deals with the phase of evaluation of the candidates’ professional skills. Per studiare dal punto di vista della geografia culturale alcuni aspetti del pellegrinaggio a Santiago de Compostela, in Spagna, il capitolo prende in considerazione un testo letterario, il romanzo autobiografico "La ballata dei pellegrini" della scrittrice francese Edith De La Héronnière, pubblicato per la prima volta nel 1993 e tradotto in italiano nel 2004. Il romanzo racconta l’esperienza del pellegrinaggio giacobeo effettuato dall’autrice negli anni Novanta assieme a tre compagni di viaggio partendo da un cammino francese. The contribution critically and from a geographical perspective discusses the connection between propaganda comics and cartoons in the period of twentieth-century totalitarianisms. The way in which space real and symbolic is implicated through the rhetoric and dialectics of power in social economic and identity dynamics is then explored. In order to study some aspects of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela from the point of view of cultural geography in Spain the chapter takes into consideration a literary text the autobiographical novel "The pilgrims' ballad" by the French writer Edith De La Héronnière first published in 1993 and translated into Italian in 2004. The novel recounts the experience of the Jacobean pilgrimage carried out by the author in the nineties together with three traveling companions starting from a French journey. In particular through the analysis of some parts of the text the ways in which the narration constructs and describes the physical and symbolic space of the pilgrimage are investigated. In this way it is possible to explore the way in which peculiar attributions of meaning inscribe the experience of pilgrimage in a symbolic universe that is both personal and collective at the same time.
